A solid introduction to/presentation on the history and development of the Independent Contemporary Dance Scene in the latter part of the 20th Century - clearly presents information from Judith Mackrell's book 'Out of Line' and will challenge students. Does assume some prior knowledge of the contemporary dance scene in Britain and its American influences.
