Little ways we can help the environment (and why we should)

This is an assembly about the ways in which we can help the environment and the reasons why we should. It focuses on key environmental issues such as palm oil, deforestation and plastic pollution in an easy to understand and child-friendly way. It also draws upon The Lorax and David Attenborough’s Blue Planet II that the children would be familiar with in order to illustrate that the central messages of environmental protection are prevalent in the real world. It gives simple suggestions to children on how they can be environmentally friendly at home and help protect the planet.
