Lord of the flies: Design book cover/write blurb

This resource is doule sided and asks students to meet the following learning objective: Design the front cover of the novel ‘Lord of the Flies’ and write the blurb for the back cover. Your target audience is teenagers and you need to ensure that they will pick the book up to read. I have also provided two blurbs for students to read. The first one is from Harry Potter and 'The Order of the Phoenix'. The second blurb is from 'Twilight'. Students could read these and examine why they are effective.
