Attached is a set of 6 picture cards, 3 with magnetic items (keys, spoon, paperclip) and 3 non-magnetic (pencil, lego brick, paper). They are to be used with the table (on 2nd page), to predict and/or record results, following an experiment to find out which items are magnetic and which are not. I have laminated both, cut out the cards and used velcro spots so that they can place them onto the table, and move them about to change/modify. Can be used to extend magnet exploration or as a more structured activity. Very visual way of recording and predicting, ideal for use in the early years. :)
