Are your students learning about different kinds of volcanoes. Your students could try to find the location of many of the volcanoes in this pack of 32 volcanoe images. These photos could make a great display or an introductionary talk about volcanoes and their geology.<br />
You could look at it directly as a presentation and discuss the different types of volcanoes being shown in each of photos.<br />
You could print off and laminate the photos to make an interesting, eye-catching display about volcanoes.<br />
The students could also take the laminated photos and sort them into different types of volcanoes. The students can then discuss what they think it would be like living near each one.<br />

I have been teaching over twenty years and have been an adviser and leader of teaching and learning in a school. I have been consistently judged as outstanding. I am still teaching 0.4 so I have used these lessons this term. My pupils really enjoyed this lesson and it set the scene for a great unit on Ancient Greece.<br />
