A set of ppts and timelines to aid the teaching and study of the historical content of the Spanish A'Level course, Y13 Theme 4 Unit 5 "Monarquías y Dictaduras". We have a look at the historic period between 1900 and 1939, leading to the Spanish Civil War. We review the main events in the moder monarchy through a timeline. We learn the meaning of relevant terms, have a brief look at the Spanish Civil War, we look at Franco's dictatorship, the monarchy in Spain since 1975, the coup attempt in 1981 and finally we learn about Fidel Casto, Augusto Pinochet and Nicolas Maduro.
