I use this with my year 9 beginners, while the Spanish assistant works with small groups. I get students to write out the question or incomplete statement, then add the answer that they think is correct. I encourage them to use thinking skills strategies such as the process of elimination, to find the correct answer. When the group working with the assistant rejoins the main class, they simply start at the slide the rest of us are on. If the lumens on your projector is low, then the background photos of Colombia may interfere. Feel free to remove them!
