Revised booklet for Year 9 multicultural foods & mini cake project. I've clearly linked it to the three &'key pieces of work&'; that the food groups are assessed on - planning, quality product and evaluation. We've made the 10 week course as student friendly as possible as our subject is now optional at GCSE and we&'ve seen numbers fall from 120 per year group down to 36 this year. we&';ve hoping things will improve next year.
