After completing my NPQML and receiveing a pass mark 25/32 I just said I would share this for anyone else who is struggling with it! I would not have been able to do it without looking at sample/draft versions and many were from a few years ago. I thought the latest version would be useful to somebody!
Included in this package comes all 22 pages of the log with all appendices attached. Pseudonyms are used for school and individual identities. The first page has also been removed for GDPR reasons.
All I can say is that I wished I had the opportunity to see an example such as this when I was writing as the UCL provided very little in terms of examples. Good luck!
