A 20 lesson booklet filled with extracts charting different kinds of stories from the creation of the world in the bible, through to Odysseus’ encounter with the Cyclops, past Shaherahadze’s 1001 Arabian nights, through The Brothers Grimm and their fairy tales, stopping by a bit of Tolstoy before finishing up with modern urban legends and how they spread.
En route we look at Ragnarok, a very sensible tortoise, a very angry dragon and get someone’s rear end kissed and another’s ripped apart with a red hot poker.

I teach storytelling on Fridays... Looks like a great resource to use alongside storytelling games and development activities. Saves quite a bit of research time... Thank you

This is full of great activities and stories from the Bible and mythologies. It may take longer than one hour for each lesson depending on ability, but it can't hurt to have too much! :)
