A tried, tested and engagaing unit focused upon Willy Russell's play 'Our Day Out'! This unit has been created specifically to intigrate KS4 skills into the KS3 curriculum to prepare students for the rigors of the new 100% exam GCSE specification. The unit allows students to study the whole play, with particular focus upon key themes and characters. The unit culminates in an end-of-unit reading and writing exam styled upon the 2017 GCSE Specifications for English Language and English Literature.
