Prehistoric projectile points - rotating 3D model (.mp4) - KS2 History - Stone Age
Short .mp4 video clip showing a digital 3D model of three replica prehistoric projectile points, utilising flint tips knapped in the style of the original artefacts. The tips are hafted to wooden shafts with natural adhesives and binding. KS2 History/Prehistory.

The video was digitally modelled from a sequence of 2D photos of life-sized replica artefacts from our workshop handling collection, and is annotated. The Photogrammetry software used was the free demo version of Autodesk 123D Catch, so this educational resource is distributed free.
