This 90 minute lesson plan is based around two short films on presentations and can be used with upper level and advanced English language students. The topic focus is on giving effective presentations and using English language skills in a practical way, but it is also about listening for detail and understanding. It is specifically suited to business English lessons or EAP students, however, it can also be used as an introduction to presentations for native students or as a vocational lesson in business.

More than just practicing listening for detail and presentations, this lesson requires learners to practice note taking, particularly relevant for EAP students.
