Probability.Flip a coin. Investigation outside
Prediction question 1) what is the probability of getting a ‘tales’ when flipping a coin? Why?\nPrediction question 2) how many times will the coins have to be flipped for no students to be left in the game below? Why?\nSituation: every student is given a coin and told to stand in a straight line (may be easier outside). The teacher counts to 3. On 3 every student flips their coin. All those whose coin landed on ‘heads’ move forward one step. Those that landed on ‘tales’ are out (until the next game). This continues until no students are left in the game?
