This double sided sheet is a pupils own record of the workshop tools and machines they have been shown. The member of staff signs and dates the tool/machine after the pupils have been shown how to use it safely, pupils can also tick the emoji column based on how confident they are at using that tool/machine this pupil record can be kept in the pupils folders. the sheet can also be edited to suit your workshop.
