Reception maths area provision - subitize

This is a fab maths resource to help your learners to learn to subitize using a dice.

How to use: Print copies of the the sheet and set up them up on your maths table. Add the dice, dice with dots, not ones with numbers. Add the colouring pencils to a pot ready for use. Use the colours on the sheet.

If you wish, print and dsiplay the title sheet. You can pin it to a small standing board or leaflet holder.

Explain the activity - each learner has a dice, they roll it, find the number on the sheet and colour it in. Repeat!
