20 hours of fully resourced lessons (some in double lesson packs) focusing on social justice, what this is and what it means today in practice - from the classroom to the workplace. The packs also explore the fights and gains of marginalised groups, the progress that has been made in the UK towards inclusion, equality and diversity and the hurdles still to overcome. You don't need to know anything about this beforehand - all of the information on each subject topic is included in detailed information sheets which go with the PowerPoints and activities. A Religion and Human Rights Unit lasting 6 hours that was created for Year 9 RE, but could easily be used for a capable Year 8 or none-GCSE KS4 group.
