A revision/review activity for the all GCSE Medicine specifications.

There are two tasks in this activity sheet, focusing on the role of factors in the development of medicine in the 1800s.

First activity: students are asked to use all their knowledge so far to find examples of the different factors (war, teamwork, chance, seeking improvement/ambition, religion, individuals, science and technology, government, communications) at play in the 1800s and how they have improved medicine.

Second activity: students are then to reflect on what they have revised and rank the 9 factors in a Diamond 9 in order of importance for medical development.

A perfect activity for distance learning, revision, classwork or home learning.
