A huge PPT of over 250 slides and more than 30 lessons on each scene in Romeo and Juliet. This PPT is fully resourced and ready to go with no printing needed. It is aimed towards GCSE AQA English and I am currently teaching it to target grade 4-6 pupils over a full term but it would be suitable for other abilities and time frames if required.
The lessons aim to examine the use of Shakespeare’s language and contextual elements of the play. Each lesson explores a key theme or character of that scene through language analysis and questioning. There are assessment opportunities throughout and differentiation is provided for each lesson.
(You may like to have copies of the play to read along from although this is not necessary as the key extracts are on the PPT. )
