Sea Turtles- A Non-Fiction Magic Tree House Accompany Pack

My kids can NOT get ENOUGH of animals. My classroom has various animal books that are out throughout the course of the year and those are always the books the kids are BEGGING to get their hands on. I love when my students are reading something non-fiction and they come running up to me saying, "Did you know...?!"

I always feel like I am scrambling to expand on the animal when I read the Magic Tree House series to add a non-fiction element to the unit. I stopped and realized...this is what I should have been doing ALL along! This is not at all tied into the MTH series but could very easily be an additional resource used in any MTH book that includes sea turtles. (Obviously, this is could be used as a stand alone unit or any other book that has a sea turtle theme.)
