Should we ever take rights away?
This lesson is source based and looks at 5 cases of conflicting human rights: Edward Snowden, a racist rant on the tube, News of the World, bail for an alleged murderer and detaining terror suspects indefinitely in America. There is differentiation on the worksheet and this was given to a top set Year 11 class. I would suggest simplifying sources and/or the worksheet for lower ability classes as this can be quite daunting otherwise! Any feedback would be gratefully received: good or bad!
