These resources were written by a Cambridge International Assessment Examiner, Consultant and Teacher Trainer. It contains annotations of poems, and a collection of question banks for most of the poems contained in the IGCSE Cambridge International Literature Poetry anthology. These questions can be used for revision, or after the students have undertaken their first reading of a poem. The questions are designed to help students explore the meanings of the poems (A01 and A02), the effects of the poets’ use of language and the effects of their use of structure (A03). The poems also encourage students to develop a personal opinion in relations to the attitude conveyed in each poem (A04).
