This is a plan and resources for a beginner’s Spanish lesson to use with KS2. It is a revision lesson that allows children to recap vocabulary used to talk about themselves.
The plan gives details of a whole class starter, a recap of the vocabulary, a whole class listening and reading activity, a speaking and listening activity, a written worksheet and a plenary. It is highly interactive and allows children to practise a range of language skills.

The language covered in the lesson includes saying your name, age and where you live, describing your eye and hair colour, family members and pets and talking about clothes. It would be useful if your class have already covered these topics, but not essential.
