We had a great St George’s Day assembly using this as our base. I adapted a couple of the slides for all pupils to be able to access it as there is a wide age range. We ended with an interactive ‘fact or fiction?’ session. I printed some phrases from the true story and the legend- volunteers read them out and then the whole school voted by calling out and pointing left for true, right for false. It worked really well and was a fun way to end the assembly. Thank you.
