This set of ten resources are designed by an experienced and qualified yoga teacher. They are designed to help release both physical and mental stress, after a long day in the classroom. Mental stress can manifest itself as physical discomfort, such as tension headaches or tight breathing; and physical tension will cause mental/emotional distress - all are interlinked. The techniques can be ‘cherry-picked’ i.e. they do not have to be done all at once, or in a particular order. Each one need only take a few minutes, (or longer if preferred).
Yoga practices frequently show an instant benefit; however it is not just a quick fix and repeated practice will accrue greater benefits.
