Rugby players Clive Woodward and Ryan Jones, cyclist Dave Brailsford, footballer Matt Jones and athlete Tasha Danvers give insights into what makes a successful team. What brings a team together and what makes the whole greater than the sum of its parts? Discuss the characteristics of a good team, the whole being greater than the sum of its parts. Factors that bring a team of (possibly disparate) individuals together. Selflessness v selfishness, how individuals look after their own performance while working for team mates.

Excellent. Will be useful for all sorts of team building and diversity education. Not limited to PE. (Use of 'bitch' is not too serious, used as in bitching about another not directed at an individual!)
    Thanks for uploading.

Used this before a PE lesson for my Year 5's who need to work on teamwork, and it really helped to motivate.
Be warned, 'bitch' is said just after 2.30.
