A simple activity to show how copper can be obtained from a 0.1M Copper Sulphate solution. Graphite elctrodes are used. Key Words (not all are used in the worksheet but I did write them up on the board) : Electrodes, Anode, Cathode, Electrolysis, Electrolyte, Ion. The worksheet was designed as a starter for students working at a NC level 4. I added the video from YouTube. It is silent but has clear annotations.
