The Elementary Challenge

This presentation may be used as a starter or a plenary activity in a KS 3, 4 or 5 Science lesson. The Presentation has been updated to include recommendations by the IUPAC in 2017. The presentation consists of 10 challenges relating to the elements of the Periodic Table. Each challenge is constrained by an embedded 60 second timer to encourage pace and focus, access to a copy of the Periodic table is at the teachers discretion but would be appropriate for most ability levels.
