My fourth lesson for AS Islam. This lesson will take more than one lesson. It includes a timeline and tasks that I set using the WJEC year 1 textbook on the early life of the Prophet Muhammad. As part of another lesson and for homework, my classes watch Rageh Omar’s BBC documentary on the life of Muhammad. The other excellent documentary to accompany this lesson or for homework would be to use PBS A Legacy of a Prophet.
