2 lessons covering The Sign of Four Chapter 2. This is an AQA English Literature GCSE set text.
Page numbers refer to the Penguin English Library edition of the text (the one with the tiger print on the front cover).
One lesson involves creating an investigation/crime board. This takes time to prepare, but it was well worth it -even my difficult 10 set 3s enjoyed it. All the images needed are included. You’ll need to cut them out, and each student needs one copy of each image. They will need glue and rulers to create it. I also recommended using red pen to draw the lines between the clues.
