The Tempest: Describing Prospero and Miranda
Handy Shakespeare Powerpoint lesson plan including images of Prospero and Miranda for students to make inferences and deductions about their characters. (They also use any information they have got from the play so far) They then add a description to their Dramatis Personae. The final activity is to design an island on an A3 piece of paper. They must draw (with a small description and a quote) what has happened so far in the play. As you progress through the play pupils add to the drawing.
