She won with this piece about returning home after going to university, which can be used in the classroom to stimulate discussions about going to university as well as for teaching poetry and performance.

Beautiful, thoughtful poem about growing up. I'm definitely going to use it as a stimulus for personal writing with KS4. Imaginative Year 9s could relate to it too.
