The Sing2Write project was inspired by a love of music and language and how the two together can support young children to embed key vocabulary as an integral part of the English curriculum. Singing is one of the fundamental ways to inspire, motivate, and enthuse young children when learning new vocabulary. The songs and activities are inspired by a rich variety of texts within the school curriculum, with the goal to motivate all teachers and children, regardless of their musical knowledge, to sing along to the simple songs.
