Titanic - Were White Star lines negligent?

I adapted resources for this activity from the award winning web site (attached). The program involves a brief introduction to the story, assignment of roles, watching the film ‘Titanic’, or 'A night to remember', or any other documentary, then carrying out small extra research before role playing a trial where White Star Line are sued for negligence. It can be used for a group over a whole day.\n\nLearning Objectives - To be able to use evidence to understand why the ship sank and, to examine the judicial process and use this knowledge to participate in a mock trial.
