This ia a long powerpoint which I teach over a full afternoon. You could split over two lessons. A way of combining traditional Christmas Carol rehearsals with teaching the history and theological concepts of the carols. A number of art based activities including dance, art and calligraphy included. Includes 'O Come Emmanuel&', &';Hark the Herald', &'Silent Night&';, 'Gaudete&' and &';Once in Royal'. Written for year 3 but will be fine for all KS2. Some enquiry based elements.
