Print out the Powerpoint and stick the slides around the room. The students take answer sheets. solve a problem and write down the corresponding letter. The letters can be copied into a sentence that should read 'I understand decimals!'. At this point you can direct students to try problems again if incorrect. Consolidate: written addition and subtraction of decimals using the column method. Also good for learning some of the synonyms of add and subtract.
