Pupils seem to be happy with classifying a triangle using side properties or angle properties, but don't always realise that you can do both, for example have a right-angled isosceles triangle. In this activity, pupils are asked to draw an example of a triangle to fit a combination of a angle and side classification (if possible!)
I have used this activity with groups from Y7 to 11, mostly as a homework exercise or diagnostic starter activity.
