Unseen Poetry lesson which looks at the first five stanzas of a poem and looks at each one in detail, with differentiated tasks to help students open up and pick apart the use of language within each section. A fully differentiated and resourced 1 hour KS3 and KS4 lesson for students analysing unseen poetry, which focuses on Richard Aldington’s Childhood. The lesson looks at the use of language techniques to develop meaning.
