Using 'SKY' Drive
Most staff and students have a hotmail account but still carry USB sticks around which get lost and damaged. Sky drive is 'Cloud Computing' all files are stored safely on a different server and can be accessed via an internet conection. All work can be saved, edited and retrived online. You can even create your own MS word file (even if you don't have MS office on your machine).
