Waterfalls and how they form
This is a fully resourced set of two lessons on the formation of a waterfall. Starter activity and lesson activities included and the product of the lesson (a zigzag book) detailing how a (traditional) waterfall forms can be assessed and even used for display. All you need to get is A4 or better A3 card. One piece per student and fold into strips and then zig zags to form a mini-booklet that will hand off the wall. These lessons include a very interactive starter 'Million Pound Drop' which the kids loved and the lesson is fully differentiated. Achieved an outstanding in OFSTED observation and could easily be adapted for a waterfall of your choice. Fully explanatory lesson plan included
