I produced this resource to use in a wellbeing workshop that I ran and also when working with students who have ‘negative thoughts and beliefs’.

It informs students about what positive affirmations are and how they can be used to challenge negative, self-sabotaging or unhelpful thoughts and ultimately (with practice) have a calming effect.

There is also a link to how they can help during exam season.
