What kind of weather front is it? Gallery walk and notes review.
Powerpoint and student sheet start off with a review of the 4 main weather fronts
Warm, Cold, Occluded, and Stationary fronts.
The power point provides
Description, map symbol & color, and a Diagram for students to copy down on their guide sheet.

Then they are to go around the room and using the 30 diagrams/description slides provided decide what each front is from the slides and record what they think each one is on the student sheet.

Before hand teacher needs to print out the powerpoint slides, I do 2 slides per sheet and hang them around my room then let the students go around the room to each one but it can be done as a station activity as well.

For my regular ed classes it took between 18-20 to complete my inclusion classes took around 25min to complete.

I like reviewing the correct answers as a class using the powerpoint to go over each slide.
