Where in the World? A Countries Challenge.

Presentation designed for potential use as a starter or a plenary activity in KS3/4 Geography. There is also the potential to be used as providing meaningful work for a “classroom” or cover lesson. For maximum effect presentation should be used on an interactive board or large screen display. There are 15 different challenges. The challenges become progressively more difficult throughout the presentation. In each challenge the students are presented with 5 clues to a particular country. The students are required to use geographical knowledge and deductive reasoning to identify the nation in as few clues as possible. Use of an Atlas is at the teachers discretion.
