Where the Wild Things Are - Literacy Planning Year 1

A two week literacy planning unit based on the book 'Where the Wild Things Are'. This covers a range of learning objectives and activities which fit the current National Curriculum. Some activities include letter writing, using commands, character description and story writing. There is differentiation in term of support and focus for higher, middle and lower groups. Resources you will need are a copy of the book and a copy of the film 'Where the Wild Things Are'.
