This resource is designed to support students understanding of the global world during the Middle Ages and covers 2 lessons. It provides an opportunity for students to compare England and Europe with the rest of the world, specifically Great Zimbabwe in Southern Africa. Each unit will build on a common idea of how each influenced the other relying on common themes like religion, trade, exploration, etc. There is also a student booklet attached that can be adapted for either lesson or home use.
