This is a resource designed for Year 1 students to help them practice basic addition and subtraction skills.
This resource contains PDF versions of the following worksheets:
- General addition and subtraction. This includes one step addition and subtraction problems, and questions involving adding/subtracting one and two digit numbers to/from 20, including 0.
- Number bonds up to 20.
- Missing number problems.
- Mathematical vocabulary related to addition and subtraction eg. put together, difference between etc.
Answers to some questions, such as word problems, are included within the documents.
