3 separate lesson activity resources (with a Powerpoint) for Year 1, Spring, Block 4, Measurement (Weight and Volume). When I taught it, I incorporated a lot of practical learning alongside these resources and the two worked really well together.
Each lesson activity is 3 or 4 pages long.
Areas covered are; Introduce weight and mass, Measure mass, Compare mass, Introduce capacity, Measure capacity and Compare capacity.
These can be extended to more than 3 lessons. Full of fluency examples, reasoning and mastery and mastery with greater depth. Learning objectives included to be highlighted as met.
