Year 5 / 6 reading scheme of work: Shakespeare (23 lessons)

This is a 6 week scheme of work, targeted at Years 5 and 6 (although you could adapt it for Years 7 or 8). It explores 5 Shakespeare texts and 1 non-fiction text. Each week, it includes a quiz (with SATs style questions).

I am a qualified secondary English teacher with 13 years experience. For the last two years, I’ve been teaching KS2 classes. Moreover, I mark for a range of exam boards (including SATs and GCSE English Literature).
