Head of Science at my current school. I love mechanics, coding and tricky equation worksheets. My resources are free and always will be. While I think we should be rewarded (with nice reviews or a sense of pride or timetable allowance?) for fabulous resources, I find it hard to believe that any teacher is using school money when buying resources and no teacher should have to fork our their own cash when there are other teachers to help them.
