I began my career as a PE teacher and quickly found a passion for T&L and began mentoring teachers, NQTs and trainees. I became a senior lead learner in my school where I planned and led staff CPD and support programmes. I then became head of PSHE and induction tutor before moving to the English department. I have now been teaching English since 2016 and love it. I am currently head of year 11.
